New take-away restaurant upset residents

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you to complain about Brown's Fish Bar Take Away restaurant which is newly opened in Oak Lane

Residents in Oak Lane had a meeting at the community Centre yesterday.We tried to discus the problems that caused by Brown's Fish Bar.

Since the new take away restaurant opened recently, we have found lot of problems around this area. They made huge of noise such as screaming, shouting.and auguring.at midnight.People can not sleep and get annoyed.

In the morning, we also find the litter dropped everywhere in the street. some are broken by wild cats and dogs.Sometimes, the rubbish bin is full and uncovered.You imagine the smell how awful and unhealthy is.

We have phoned the council many times and asked them to take an action to resolve the problems, unfortunately, the council have done nothing at all.

In fact, we wish we could have a clean ,peaceful, and a better environment in this area.We would grateful if you could  take an action immediately to discus this matter that cause by the restaurant.
